Welcome to Bible Music ("App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Aaron. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bible Music mobile app, website, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Bible Music is a devotional app that helps users read the Bible, listen to Christian music, build personal devotion habits, and share testimonies or reflections with the community.
The Service may include Bible reading tools, devotion progress tracking, music streaming, favorites, playlists, testimonies, profile features, notifications, free and premium listening experiences, and related support pages.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
Bible Music currently supports account access through email login and Google sign-in. Apple sign-in may be introduced in a future iOS release.
We may limit access, suspend accounts, or remove content where needed to protect the Service, other users, or comply with law.
You agree not to:
If you post testimonies, reflections, comments, profile information, or other user content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to post it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, moderate, and use that content only as necessary to operate, protect, improve, and provide the Service.
User-generated content reflects the views of the posting user, not Bible Music. We may review, remove, restrict, or retain content if needed for moderation, safety, operational, or legal reasons.
The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial devotional use. Bible-related, music, and faith-based content is provided for spiritual encouragement and general informational purposes.
We do not guarantee that all content will match every theological view, denomination, or personal preference. The Service is not a substitute for pastoral, medical, legal, or mental health advice.
Bible Music may offer both free and premium experiences. Some premium features may include ad-free listening, expanded playback controls, or other subscription benefits shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Free users may see advertising, including ads delivered through third-party ad providers such as Google AdMob.
Current pricing, billing periods, taxes, and promotional offers are shown in the app before purchase. We may update prices or offers in the future as permitted by applicable law and platform rules.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or related platform infrastructure. Renewals, cancellations, payment timing, and refunds are also governed by the rules of the platform through which you purchased.
Unless required by law or platform policy, payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not usually create a refund for the current billing period.
To protect account integrity, Bible Music may limit an account to one active app device session at a time. We may also use technical measures to prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized account sharing.
You may request account deletion inside the app or by emailing support@thebiblemusic.com.
A deletion request enters a 30-day waiting period before final deletion. If you sign in again during that period, the pending deletion request is canceled.
Deleting the app from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
The Service, including software, design, branding, text, graphics, audio, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Some Bible texts may be in the public domain. Other content, including recordings, artwork, app design, and licensed materials, remains protected and may not be reused without permission.
Bible Music relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We may update, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including music, testimonies, subscriptions, legal pages, features, or support channels. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aaron, Bible Music, and our service providers or licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
